The board of the commission was inaugurated on October 19th 2022 by Mr. Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuman Soludo – CFR. The commissions oversees promotions, advancements, disciplinary issues, training and other management service matters. The commission has recorded laudable achievements in training and human capital development, promotions and conversions. In the quest to increase productivity in the system, and restore worker’s confidence, the commission constituted committees for staff audit, staff certificate and employment records verifications. This when completed, will culminate in a rationalization exercise that will make the Unified Local Government System in Anambra State more effective and efficient in service delivery. The Commission ensures a high sense of responsibility in carrying out its functions as to guarantee fairness and justice.
