Vin Ifeanyi Ezeaka, Esq.<\/strong>, as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration, foster effective communication and promote a more efficient Local Government administration across the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful engagement between the Commissioner and the representatives of the various Local Government Areas. Discussions centred on personnel management, institutional cooperation, staff welfare, professionalism, accountability and the need for continuous improvement in the delivery of services to the people at the grassroots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The engagement also highlighted the important role played by Heads of Personnel Management in ensuring the smooth coordination of human resources within the Local Government system. As key officers responsible for personnel matters, their effectiveness contributes significantly to the productivity, discipline and overall performance of Local Government administrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting further served as a platform for the HPMs to share experiences, observations and areas requiring greater attention within their respective Local Government Areas. Through constructive dialogue, the engagement reinforced the importance of teamwork and a unified approach to addressing challenges affecting personnel administration and grassroots governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hon. Vin Ifeanyi Ezeaka appreciated the Heads of Personnel Management for the courtesy visit and for their continued efforts in contributing to the effective administration of the Local Government system. He acknowledged the significance of their responsibilities and encouraged them to remain committed to professionalism, diligence, discipline and service to the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Commissioner reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that promote efficiency, unity and professionalism across the Local Government system. He emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Ministry and the various Local Government administrations, noting that effective collaboration remains essential to achieving sustainable development and improved service delivery at the grassroots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also encouraged the personnel management officers to continue working together, sharing knowledge and embracing approaches that will strengthen administrative processes and enhance the performance of Local Government institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The courtesy visit ultimately reflected a shared commitment by the Ministry and the 21 Local Government Areas towards building a stronger, more coordinated and people-oriented Local Government system in Anambra State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The engagement ended on a positive note, with both sides reaffirming the importance of continued dialogue, mutual respect and collaboration in advancing effective personnel administration, quality service delivery and the overall development of Anambra State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comr.
